Good for you.. you have a great foundation based on your experience. . Probably more then most investors, lol with that said this site has some great resources.. Don't overwhelm yourself with the many sites selling wholesale info that's "better than" the others.. u can inbox me as u come across sites before u buy so I can let u know which ones actually offer good easy to follow insight..

hey.. Austin. Great mindset at a young age.  Proud of you for that. Now it can be part time. Start with reading the guides from this site for some general knowledge,  when u do that if u have questions let me know I can try my best to help, but we are in different states but some general concepts are the same. Learn hen earn and you cut go wrong. You will not learn everything  but trial and root is the name of the game.
