If you are just acting a co-host to answer questions on the app and greet the guest etc, you do not need a RE license :) My mom co-hosts for me. Not sure if thats what you were asking or if you are looking to create your own company that assists in fully managing the house in a greater capacity. If thats the case, then disregard this response!

They should have contacted you to tell you why it was taken down. When I was a new member one of my posts was taken down and they sent me a legitimate reason why it was removed. Look in the Community Rules and see if it may have applied to any of these. I don't believe any of these rules can be bypassed for getting a Prime or Premium membership.

I live in Sacramento but own a duplex in San Diego County. My expenses include trash, vacancy, landscaping, mortgage, and local taxes of San Diego County. Not sure if there is another tax like this for Sacramento. I was just billed something for $800 for last year so def talk to a tax professional in the area and see if that may apply as well.

Go with your gut, or try and get referrals of people he's already worked with!
