Pricing for starter vs pro membership

I have seen the table what starter and pro members get and the pricing?

My question is what are the rules for pro/premium? Can they talk about anything or post anything?

Starter $0, pro monthly $39 and pro annual $32.50

What's the difference between Pro and Premium?

The reason I'm asking one of my recent post was removed and I'm still not clear why.

Can someone please explain? TIA!
