Robert you skipped right over us here in the Triad :-).  I am actually looking to purchase my first rental property and believe our area (I am in Greensboro) is pretty good.  Thoughts or feedback?  Between Winston and Burlington there is a lot of growth going on .  I would be interested in any feedback you have in this area for myself as well as for Lawrence's benefit.  Thanks!

I would be interested in a meetup in Greensboro.

Adrienne - I am in Greensboro as well.  I am also new and learning.  How could we arrange a meetup?  I went to the local real estate meetup in Greensboro last night, but evidently they had a cookout at Triad Park, so I missed that one.  Are you attending any local meetups or anything?
