Aloha, My name is Lloyd paclob and I am wanting to ask if there is anyone here in BP in this market area that would like to share their knowledge of the area. I am looking to purchase my first out of state property and would like some advice or input.

Thank you in advance and for your time,

Lloyd P

Robert you skipped right over us here in the Triad :-).  I am actually looking to purchase my first rental property and believe our area (I am in Greensboro) is pretty good.  Thoughts or feedback?  Between Winston and Burlington there is a lot of growth going on .  I would be interested in any feedback you have in this area for myself as well as for Lawrence's benefit.  Thanks!
