I'm not a huge fan of sending out the same "Discussion" as everyone else looking for buyers without doing the legwork. So...my assistant is currently tracking down names and e-mail addresses from other posts.

However, you might see this now and would like to be added. In addition to all of my renovations, I have employees out acquiring properties in 30310, 30311, 30315, 30316, 30331, 30337, 30344, 30349, 30354. Primarily inside the perimeter, south of I-20. DeKalb and Fulton County.

Flipping houses left and right. Adding new properties to the portfolio. I'm now focusing a lot of attention to our wholesaling division in the company with two employees. I'll be very quickly looking at a FT sales associate direct with our investors and another wholesale associate managing our thousands upon thousands of mailers and other marketing sources with sellers. I'm looking for NO BS personalities. Someone who is a shark when it comes to these leads! I want motivated individuals who work hard and play hard!
