@Anyl Tyon Pascal I appreciate the offer sir.  At this time, i'm only looking to wholesale this deal.  I have a couple of offers right now but have not accepted one.  I'm spread thin currently on my 5 projects, which is another reason I'm handing this over to another investor.

I appreciate it guys.  I'll take care of that right now.  

We've been slammed this week, i'm out of the country for a week starting Friday. My team will still be diligently working. We're working on a 31 package deal and 3 other sfr properties at the moment. I expect to send out 4 turnkey properties by Thursday, and hopefully 2 SFR investment opportunities by the end of this week.
