just curious hows the market in duluth mn area. i am looking for a duplex or tri inder 130k. i am looking for buy and hold properties with good cash flow. a property that has apprrciation would be nice but just trying to find out what area in n duluth i should look around in. any information would be helpful.

what is a government or party exempt sale. i was digging into property public records and stated that was the last process sale. anyone know what that is?

wondering how to find the best eviction attorney in the area.  i googled for the best in area. I am not sure if tenant eviction attorney are all the same or one just specialize in lease commercial or residential.
