@Dominick Longbucco...Not to say it's not possible but the selling agent is not going to be likely to reduce their commission. The due diligence you do as a buyer will not be a negotiating point for a selling agent to reduce their commission. If you had an agent for you as the buyer, that's where the negotiation would come, with your agent,  but not with the selling/listing agent as they represent the seller's interests.  When you say you have done most of the work, what part of the selling agent's work do you feel you would have done that would warrant a reduction in the selling agent's commission??
