@Andrew Austin Evictions in Tennessee are done through the county circuit court. Unfortunately you won't find a ready made list and you will need to build your own list. You will need to look at the individual eviction cases and locate eviction leads that appear to be individual and mom and pop owners. When sourcing the leads, all that reflect LLC's, property management companies, apartment complexes, roommate evictions and other third party entities should tossed out in the process.

You also need to make sure the leads reflect the owner of the property. Many eviction filings are done by third party entities representing the property owner such as eviction service companies and property management companies.

Davidson and Hamilton county circuit courts both have public computers that will connect you with the web portals needed to locate the cases. For Davidson county they also have a service called Case Link where you can subscribe and be able to access the data online. Hope this helps.

Great advice @Pablo Avila. I've been pulling code violations from city datasets for years in many parts of the country. I've always said why waste gas driving for dollars when the city code enforcement department is already doing the work for you.
