@scott weaner I will be sure to do that thanks!!

@chris Eaker I just sent you an email. It gives some estimates. I look forward to working with you!

Thanks for the reply and advice! If you don't mind I'll send you an email on how we could work with each other.

Hi all, I'm the owner of a office cleaning company. We operate between Murfreesboro TN and Knoxville TN. at the moment most of my business consist of offices, but I'd like to shift and focus on "turning properties" cleaning/carpet cleaning/painting/junk removal/ handyman services. I was hoping that maybe I could ask for some ideas and advice from you guys to get my foot in the door and provide a real service. I'd like to understand the mind set of landlords and property managers so we could truly give a service second to none.

What do you look for in a cleaning company?

What gets your attention?

When does persistence become annoying?

What are the things you considered when you look and hire a turn key cleaning company?

What are some ways I could get our name out there, or some advertising p.m. and landlords actually look at?

Thanks!

thanks Micah, I figure that's one of the most important things one can do, which I realized this after noticing I don't have structure as of now, I've kinda been all over the place. Again thanks for the insight!!

hi all, I was wondering if anyone would share how they structure daily tasks in wholesaling, for example do you guys wake up, check for potential deals, at 12 return all phones calls, at 3 p.m. daily paper work or filing, ( this is a rough example but I hope I got the question across). Thanks all

the wife speak OK English some words she doesn't understand her husband does not spear it to well, I was wonder how to get through the language barrier, they are desperate form what the wife puts off, and obthink the realtor will prevent them from getting it sold this way unless they saold to someone that doesn't know to question things
