My tenant change the locks of the property without permission (property in Virginia). This tenant has also not paid rent for the month. What is my best line of action. Thanks in advance!

Currently doing a refinance/equity cash out that I would like to utilize to purchase more homes in my area. I’m seeking to potentially do some subject tos or owner financing to acquire them. Anybody have any ideas on how should I capture leads while I await for the refi to be completed? (Newbie here)

@Hunter Rademacher @Hunter Rademacher I’m actually doing this as well! Great cash flow! I have a 4 bedroom / 2 bath and renting all rooms. Seeking to expand it to 6. Probably the toughest part is finding great tenants who value your offer. Where I have created value is providing small kitchenette and basic furnishings. Also personal spaces for food and dishes.

I have a home that I own with an Ex spouse and I am seeking creative ways to get it out her name despite having a low credit score. Fico scores is hovering between 615 - 640. They will not sign off on me assuming the loan. Seeking some options, thanks for your time!
