New to BP And RE. Anyone in 757 area, Virgina?

Hey everyone! My name is Shaquan Webster. I'm 24 years old, from the U.S Virgin Islands, now living in Chesapeake Virginia. I've been reading newbie books about Real Estate investing, I've watching 10 seminars so far here on BP, I also listen to the BP podcast. I'm pretty sure than I want to do buy and hold rentals for several reasons. I'm really excited about real estate and love what I've been learning. Is anyone in here from or investing in the 757 Hampton Roads area in Virginia Beach, Chesapeake, Norfolk? I'd love to chat with you all, could be seasoned investors or newbies, or even realtors. I have a few things that I would like to discuss, ask, and talk about with people in this area. Feel free to respond to this post.

Welcome to Virginia Shaquan!  So great to meet other newbies that live here too!
