@Peter Rodriguez your post makes perfect sense, when i think about my relationship with my realtor I did a lot of what you explained. When I come with a property request I am intending to buy. Well written response.

I invest out of state if you are having issues maybe you should get another agent. There job is to sell to you to make money if they do not want to make money then move on. It may help if you visit the agent and have a face to face that goes a long why in getting them to trust you and wanting to work with you. If you have a friend that lives in the state you are wanting to buy ask them to take a look at proprieties for you, it could be the case they think you are wasting there time but if you do all the work ahead of time then they may be willing to make you a priority.

I use cozy but i recently started researching nestegg.rent. Cozy i have not seen any new updates or feature additions in about a year. I like that its free but it becoming out of date unlike other options that are appearing and also offer free service.

I currently use Cozy it seems to do the trick I also tried tenantcloud just depends what you need.

@Samuel Dolcine I will check that out. I currently own property out of state in Louisiana.

@Henri Meli wow congrats! How long have you been investing before you decided to go commercial? And you spoke about a “tax basis match” how did you find out about that? I’m still a newbie trying to become a pro😜

@Skylar Dejesus Amazing congrats! I’m a newbie bought my first property at the end of 2017 and my second in the middle of 2018. This is a very inspirational story for someone like me just starting out and trying to expand. I hope to one day get to that point and beyond!
