Hi emily! welcome! biggerpockets is an awesome place to start, my advice would be to find a mentor as soon as possible. Someone you know that is already doing what you see yourself doing in real estate and buy that person lunch and ask as many questions as possible. There are no dumb questions. Networking is key! These forums are a great place to start, bigger pockets is an amazing resource for anything real estate. I have found that if you find a great deal the financing will find you. Make sure your networking, everyone you know should know what your doing in real estate. Hope that helps!

I usually highly suggest them getting renters insurance but if they want to take the risk that's up to them. I own some properties with storage on them yes.

Hi vince, great question. The structure would be covered under your insurance, the tenants should have renters insurance. Hope that helps.

well I am always looking for a good deal,  I'm in the lancaster county market so lehigh valley and harrisburg are completely different than what I'm used to as far as different in prices and rents.
