We generally only manage SFRs that command at least $1,000 or more in monthly rent. There are some exceptions to that, but that's our general policy. We take many, many calls from investors who have lower-priced rental homes or small multi-family buildings. 

Frankly, my stand-by referrals have failed me lately, so I need some additional names. If you work with a company that manages homes like these and have had good, long-term success, please let me know.

T&H Realty Services, a leading residential Property Management Company located in Indianapolis, is searching for a highly experienced, Assistant Office Manager to perform a variety of tasks. Hours are Monday-Friday, 8:30 a.m. - 5 p.m. Duties include, but are not limited to:

• Complete all assigned AP work
• Process all Tenant Security Deposits
• Bill internal labor to Owner accounts
• Process all Tenant payments and bank deposits
• Reconcile all assigned bank accounts
• Produce monthly Owner statements/draws
• Handle all Owner/Tenant ledger adjustments
• Process company payroll
• Manage Owner contributions and associated reporting
• Produce year-end statements and 1099s
• Conduct various audits
• Complete other office tasks as assigned

Ideal candidate will possess:

• At least 3 years of bookkeeping experience
• At least 3 year of Property Management experience
• Trust accounting experience
• Experience with Propertyware
