We need a referral partner

We generally only manage SFRs that command at least $1,000 or more in monthly rent. There are some exceptions to that, but that's our general policy. We take many, many calls from investors who have lower-priced rental homes or small multi-family buildings. 

Frankly, my stand-by referrals have failed me lately, so I need some additional names. If you work with a company that manages homes like these and have had good, long-term success, please let me know.
