Hi all, I'm looking for a lender who is knowledgeable about investment properties. I'm in Denver but I am looking at a few properties where I will be moving in the next year, Savannah or Knoxville area (I'm still working on figuring that piece out). I'm working on getting things in order so I am ready when I find a deal. Any recommendations on lenders?

Any thoughts would be greatly appreciated.

Thanks Ralph. I appreciate it. I thought that might be the way to do it but I was hoping for a place to look up estimates to use in the BP calculators.

I am looking at several properties in  Savannah, Ga. and I am concerned about the costs of property insurance due to flooding/hurricanes, etc...is there somewhere to find estimates of what insurance costs in different areas?

I just wanted to thank you Juan for sharing your opportunity and everyone who gave their input. It was really helpful for me to read through the whole thread and follow the logic, strategy and numbers. I am researching multi-units right now and they seem to have a much better return than SFR which I had been focused on. This conversation was really helpful. Thanks!
