We have a four complex investment and Have been told it's best to put it into an LLC but in California it's taxes/cost are

Outrageous

our main focus for that was to protect it from lawsuits ...are there any other ways to do so that it’s protected As a single situation in other words if we do get sued they can’t go after anything else that we own in California

Just bought a four Plex in Las Vegas all speaking Spanish tenants except for one ( not that that matters ) but apparently they’re trying to push the boundaries because we are new owners about paying their rent on time luckily Las Vegas has strict rules on renters but just curious if anybody had advice or this is happened to them

Looking for answers about HELOC

live in California

With the new tax law in 2019

My husband and I have enough equity in our house to pull out a HELOC was wondering if it's still taxable if we use it towards the purchase of a property investment we already have a property investment but that was bought in 2018 are we allowed to write off the interest on a new investment in 2019?

My husband and I only have one rental property which is home looking to invest in a multi family/multi units for higher monthly income how do I find trustworthy realtors/property managers for out of state investments
