Post: How do I keep my cell number private?

Hello! So...I have two 800 numbers that I use for incoming calls. These two numbers help me track where my leads are coming from. However, I'm concerned about doing several calls backs from my personal cell phone. I've seen services such as Ring Central that have some col features but I dont agree with the pricing, then I always have the option of *67 but I don't want to seem sketchy when I call customers. Is my only option to get a separate business cell?

I have accumulated a list of questions to ask a potential investor- buyer after I put a property under contract. One question that is suggested, is to ask the investor buyer what their exit strategy is (flip or rent?).

My question is, why should I care? What does it matter to me? In other words, if they tell me their intention is to rent...how would that affect me potentially qualifying them as a funding source?

@Account Closed

Thank you! I guess that was an easy answer :) I guess I am trying to create a situation where I do not have to walk away from deals once they are under contract...would you consider it customary to pay for these searches before the purchase and sale agreement is signed?

Hello,

Would someone be able to provide a realistic example of what numbers they would be looking at when evaluating a wholesale deal? I am a very visual person an do well with simplified breakdowns. I need to understand how you would determine if the seller doesn't have enough equity etc..

Hello BP family,

I am a little wet behind the ears therefore I have an amateur question.

Can I do my own title and/or lien search before the wholesale contracts go to the title company?

My concern is getting a property under contract and finding an investor-buyer, only to find out that there are liens or title issues. Would these issues likely kill a deal?

Hello BP family!

I am new to wholesaling and I need some advise. I reside in Pierce County, Washington and I am trying to get a hold of the County Appraisers Office in order to obtain a filtered list of absentee owners. I understand there may be a cost associated with this however, I don't know which department to reach out to and I do not know if my county even offers this service.

Does anyone have any experience with this demographic? Thanks!

@Joe Dube

@Joe DubeYour knowledge is phenomenal! Would you be able to specify what you ask the county to provide on this list other than the sale date? Also, this thread is 6 yrs old, are your methods still working? :) Im new to the game I plan on using your system to get started.
