Also under the education tab is a video series (click on "Free Course") which is basically a beginner's guide for people who prefer short video segments to reading text. Best wishes!

@S.M. Morton I second @Carl E.'s podcast recommendation. If I recall correctly Kevin Bupp also offers a free 30 min coaching session to anyone who wants to bend his ear. Check out the podcast and maybe you'll be inspired to give him a call. (Or however that works...I haven't done it!)

I suggest the least amount of contact with those people as possible and ignore them as much as you can. You won't ever "put them in their place," because they are difficult people. But you may incite them to do harm to you or your property if they get angry. Don't  poke the hornets' nest. :) And make sure you are as considerate and lawful as you can be in your dealings with them. Sorry you got stuck with those neighbors, but good luck in making your property as lovely as you can. :)

No, @Mel Hayes, I don't rent or own rentals so I don't use Cozy. But I did just listen to a Q&A webinar on the Landlordology website that @Lucas Hall hosted. So that's how I'd heard of Cozy. Even though I am not a landlord, I like to learn about that part of REI in case I can ever talk my husband into giving rental property a try. :)

@Mel Hayes  Perhaps you can ask Lucas Hall -- search for a post of his then tag him on that thread? I can't seem to tag him here.

@David Slovak Welcome to BP! This week's free webinar should be right up your alley. Are you watching those?

Thanks for mentioning the Cash Flow 101 game -- I have seen people offer it in my area but haven't taken advantage of it yet! :) Anyway, you seem to have a good head on your shoulders and I wish you the best in your RE investments!

@Gino Barbaro Just wanted to thank you for the IREM resource -- looks like they offer online classes that might be of interest to people looking to self-manage properties as well. And even if I never want to  personally manage any properties, I'm the type to want to know what my propery manager should know. :)

@Melody Bynum Welcome to BP! Do you see an icon  on the top right of your BP screen -- the one that is holding the place for your photo? If so, click that and then the drop down menu should include "profile options" -- click on that and look at the menu on the left of the next screen. The second choice should be about your profile picture. See if that works!
