I am a new real estate investor who has been dreaming of getting started for a long time. I have done several "house hack" type flips, where we lived in them while rehabbing them. Now I am getting started on becoming a landlord. I am on track to have 2 units by July 2016, and my goal is to add 2 more units this year. My longer term goal is to have $5,000 in net cash flow per month.
