Hi BP,

I'm a long time reader but finally decided to participate!  I'm trying to rent out a property in San Francisco.  In general, what should I watch out?  For the local investors, what special quirk should I be careful about?

Thanks for sharing your story and by breaking it down step-by-step!  It's extremely helpful for me to know that a 5-unit here and 4-unit there will get you this amazing goal.  I'm going to set the same goal :)
