So sad I can't go this year.  I've been going ever since @Brian Burke told me about it.  I will definitely make it next year.

 Thank you so much!

Hello all. I am looking for a good property manager in Lexington, KY for my SFR's. If you have any recommendations, please do share! TIA.

Hi there. I am looking for recommendations for good property management companies (SFR's). Yelp has very few offerings and review , so I'd rather reach out to you good folks. TIA.

Hello everyone. I am interested in purchasing rental properties, but my question is, when you're using a Realtor who also invests themselves, while it's beneficial that your Realtor knows and understands what an investor wants, the Realtors who are investor-friendly are often investors themselves.  So how do you get around them keeping the best deals for themselves?  How can you be sure you're getting a chance with good deals while having a Realtor that understands the investor perspective?  Just trying to see what everyone else out there does.  TIA.

Yes I have done business with Antoine/Martel for the past year, but not as a turnkey investor.  I am a PML and equity investor.

Right?  It used to be that Private Money meant private individuals who lent money to others.  Terms were negotiable between the two parties. Now there are all these licensed lenders calling themselves "Private Lenders".  I don't even know what it means.  They sound more like Hard Money lenders and loans to me.

So is Bruce Norris coming?

Interested.  Please send info to [email protected]

Is there an agenda for this yet?  Flying out and can only attend one day and I'd like to choose which day based on the agenda.
