I am a Cash Buyer in Milwaukee hungry for deals in the area. I am looking to work with Wholesalers who have deals under contract. I have $100,000.00 of my own cash to close with (proof of funds available) and I also have friends and partners with cash to buy what I do not. If anyone out there have properties under contract and don't yet have a buyer send the property details to me. May be you and I can do a deal. Or maybe one of my partners can do the deal.

I am looking for local mentors in Milwaukee Wisconsin. People who are experienced and successful wholesaling SFR and Rehabbing. I want but 5 minutes of your time (unless you want to spend more time...after all I am not rude). I just want to tell you where I am at and then you tell me how you suggest I proceed. For that I will buy you breakfast, lunch,or dinner ANYWHERE you choose (I hope I didn't stick my neck out to far😬). I only require 5 minutes of advice.

PS: Commercial Investors are also welcome. I have a real strong curiosity about it.

I have found a good deal with light rehab needed. SF in very good area.  Would u be interested in that?

My FICO is not the best. Student loans problems. But that is the only problem I have. Can you work with that?
