I am looking for local mentors in Milwaukee Wisconsin. People who are experienced and successful wholesaling SFR and Rehabbing. I want but 5 minutes of your time (unless you want to spend more time...after all I am not rude). I just want to tell you where I am at and then you tell me how you suggest I proceed. For that I will buy you breakfast, lunch,or dinner ANYWHERE you choose (I hope I didn't stick my neck out to far😬). I only require 5 minutes of advice.
