I am cash buyer with $100,000 cash and partners with that same

I am a Cash Buyer in Milwaukee hungry for deals in the area. I am looking to work with Wholesalers who have deals under contract. I have $100,000.00 of my own cash to close with (proof of funds available) and I also have friends and partners with cash to buy what I do not. If anyone out there have properties under contract and don't yet have a buyer send the property details to me. May be you and I can do a deal. Or maybe one of my partners can do the deal.

@Jeffrey Walker It seems that you are connected to all of the right people in Milwaukee.  Scratching my head as to why you cannot find a deal to purchase.  Is there something I'm missing?  Are you partnering with people that need to give approval on a deal for you to close it?  Help me understand your dilemma.
