@Anthony Morgan do you think this is going to go away with the new tax laws they are trying to pass?  I am interested in doing this but figure I should wait and make sure it doesn't pass first.

@Kevin Hart thanks man.  Ya I spoke to a lender that would be able to do it prior to the 6 month but the loan amount is to small since it is on the cheaper side.

I was under the assumption that I could refi out of my hard money anytime but I am told I have to wait 6 months to do so and get cash out.  If I don't want cash out I can do it sooner, but defeats the whole purpose.  Feels hard to grow the portfolio very fast having to wait.    

Just curious what others are doing in regards to this.

I have heard this discussed on the podcast but forget the easy cheap way they did it.  There are products that allow it though.  I will try to find it..  I am curious also.

I am curious what state I pay income tax on for my LLC if it is out of state? Do I have to register it in both states or just the state the LLC is held in?

And curious of the different tax implications of a house in an LLC vs my personal name.
