Post: direct deposit for monthly rent from tenants

I use Cozy for my two rental SFRs and it works well.  Funds go directly to the account of my choosing and my tenants like it because they can split payments among themselves instead of it all having to be in one check.  You do have to be patient for the funds to come through though. Nice synergy if you use them as part of your application process too.
