I have flipped in Brookfield and had a great success!  With the exception of 1-2 bad sub contractors, the building inspector was great to work with.  We listed the house during the week of Xmas last year and received an offer over asking price in under 24 hrs on the market.  It truly is all about where your numbers lie, I think that goes without saying in any market.

Who is buying in Milwaukee or the surrounding areas and what is your criteria?  I have used several property managers based here in Milwaukee but can anyone refer a decent manager and include what their rates & services are?

We are doing deals in Sheboygan, the North and South sides of Milwaukee, Racine and Kenosha.  We are looking to do deals in IL and other markets as well.  Thanks for the reply!

Welcome Phil!  If you need any help whatsoever, I'm a few miles away in brew city, usa (Milwaukee) but we are starting to evaluate deals in IL as well.  Congrats on all your progress to date!

Hey Justin-  I have started to learn about the FL markets over the last 1.5 years.  I've been a hard money lender in Sarasota on a rehab project but have also been working with two partners out of OH who are looking at larger apartment buildings in Jacksonville as well as in Colorado.  If anyone has any insight on which markets we should possibly stay away from in FL, please let me know.
