Dexter- I have a few rental properties that with the exception of one which is housed at a Water Park in Wisconsin Dells, I manage the rest.  Airbnb works for my personal home  to offset expenses,  I haven't explored VRBO too much but with people looking for a deal, for a few nights or a week, works for me at this time.  If you have any other suggestions, please let me know!  Thanks for your input.

I looked into VRBO as another avenue for my vacation/own home rentals but have been happy on AirBnb.

I've recently starting using AirBnb recommended to be by another investor.  Within 48hrs, I had my first guest stay with me as an owner-occupant situation for a week.  I've had several reservations thru this site here in the Milwaukee area and it's been a wonderful experience and additional income.

Hello BP!  I am interested in funding local rehab projects, providing transactional funding as well as other creative financing ideas.  I prefer to stay in our local WI markets but I'm open to other ideas.
