Can someone remember which podcast it was where Brandon and Josh did a mock phone call with their guest?  It had a ton of great questions to ask the seller for vetting the deal.  I was in the car when I heard it and never wrote the show number down.   Thanks in advance!

Park City has apparently outlawed short term rentals.  That said, you won't find a shortage of them on Airbnb.  Just be aware of the legal risks before you do.

@William Hochstedler do you have any good wholesalers you recommend?  Since I'm still getting my feet wet I'm a little cautious about the numbers I'm getting from other wholesalers.

@Scott Rabin any secrets to finding a good agent?  All the ones I've talked to seem less than thrilled about working with an investor.
