It been a while since I've been on bp. When I first started I had one house October 2014, since then we've bought 20 single family house and an 18 units of duplexes. Im ready to move toward buying a 140-150 unit apartment complex. I have $500,000 in Equity to use to go towards a bigger apartment complex. I just need a little direction on the process and major thing to look for when searching. Anyone out there that has experience with buying a large complex?? Little help please!! Lol
