SRC,  generates inbound leads in certain counties throughout Jackson, Platte and Johnson.  A number of these opportunities do not meet our criteria thus creating lead "inventory" or overflow.  

I am in search of the right individual to assign leads.  You will then call, follow up, contract and assign the opportunity to a customer on your buyer list.  All profit will be shared 50/50.  

Current inventory includes the following zip codes:

64110, 64123, 66112, 64109, 64138, 64124, 64082, 64119 and 64137 and surrounding areas.

This opportunity allowed a wholesale professional an additional 70K income in 2015.

Do you have experience acquiring property at the courthouse steps in Jackson County and Platte County Missouri? Have you bought redemption rights in Johnson County, Kansas. Are you familiar with the Daily Record, MLS Counties and various trustee websites?
