Hello everyone I was just wondering if there was and private money investors on this forum that finance fix/flip deals at a good rate. We have a solid team with over 60 years in the fix and flip industry and new construction. We are highly experienced and have waiting investors and other exit strategies. We are wanting to do at least 2-3 houses a month to show you what we can do and then go from there. Please let me know if you are a direct financier or know someone.
