I'm selling my 4 bedroom rental located in Ambridge PA. $115K, ARV $140-$160, based on comps. Makes a nice rental with little work, or a profitable flip. 4 Bed/1 Bath upper level. LR,DR,Kitchen,Bonus room lower level. Bonus room is perfect for a 2nd bathroom and laundry area. Nice location in Ambridge, 18th off Duss. Great location to Pittsburgh. Anyone looking for an off market property in Beaver County? 

I am looking to purchase  a manufactured home in Florida and would like to find out how much the previous owner paid for it, similar to how we can find info on a house. This home is in a community park, however, so that info won't be on the county sites.  Does anyone know if I can access that info with the identification number, and if so, what site do you recommend?

Hi All.  I just learned that my tenant has 2 pit bulls in my rental home.  I have an eviction pending for unpaid rent,  which can take place as early as Tuesday if she doesn't file appeal, but I just learned from a neighbor that the tenant has 2 bit bulls that are tearing up his yard and all the other neighbors are afraid to even walk past the house .  Her lease allowed for 1 service dog.  Not sure how a pit bull fits into that description, but there it is.   Question is....how can I get the pit bulls out immediately, if I have to wait another 30 days to get tenants out per a possible appeal?

The house is showing on auction.com and the aution is at the county site.   Here's what is on Auction.com

I'm looking at an auction in Volusia county FL, and the info states that est debt is $150,000.  Does that mean that the debt would need to be paid off if I win the auction?  And is it in addition to the amount of my bid?  Bid starts at just $100.  I'm in PA; don't know how the Florida system works.  Any help appreciated.  Thanks!
