@Ned J. Its evidently she wants out of lease but without the penalty fees lol. Some tenants are funny. Ive told her she can leave but will charge her only for days property stays empty. She said i can relist it but didnt give a moving out date.

@Caleb Heimsoth @jill F.

Tenant does not have my cell phone number

My broker who generated the lease and showing recieve their requests and forward them to me and i send my maintenance guy(im out of state). I plan to relocate close to my investment once acquired 5-10 doors

Granted i have a google number in the event i need to call them and tenant has my business email but never use it.

I keep broker around for when i need to post a pay or quit

Ive reached to the whining tenant and she's requesting to leave without penalty and to refund her deposit. I told her sure as long property is showable condition and we will only charge her for only the days it is empty. I have not yet to hear back from her.

@Ned J. Well, i did tell her she can leave but per the lease she'll have to pay 2 months. Now she's installing cable etc. I dont think she's going anywhere...just trying to push my button for a perfect home. Ignoring her moving forward
