Jamestown, NY property purchase

Posted

Hi,

This will be my first property for that area.. I am in the process of buying, please suggest if i am doing anything incorrect.

1. Closing is done through an attorney

2. Escrow is at realtor service provider (Please let me know if it is ok for that area)

3. Finding a property manager is getting difficult, so far i have not found any..

thx

@Shamsul Chowdhury

NY closings are done through attorneys and yes, your money is in escrow at your local realtor office. Look on here and find a PM, there has to be one close enough to Jamestown.

Just out of curiosity, why did you purchase in Jamestown?
