I looked into using the VA loan for a personal property a little while ago, and as it was explained to me, you had to occupy the home for two years. You could repeat the process over and over as long as you either paid off or refinanced the prior home first, then live in the new home for two years.

Everyone needs to see this! The date moved to March 10!
