@Lamar Cannon I figured out that you can't customize it until you have the second level of paid membership, I currently have the free version.

@Sarah Seaton I have only found one third party thing, from the Property MOB (which is run by an investor here in my own town it turns out) but it costs around $300 and I don't have that right now. Maybe after my first deal it will be my first purchase. Do you know of any other templates?

Anyone know where I can go to learn how to customize this CRM? I tried to import my leads list into it, and cannot do it properly because I can't figure out how to put in the mailing address and the property address. It seems to only want to do one or the other. Any suggestions?

but wouldn't it raise the odds in my favor to mail everyone?

got an email from the property appraisers office that contained my first mailing list. It is not quite what I wa asking for but it will work for my first list. Just glancing at the list (since I am currently at work) I noticed a few absentee owners that are really out of the area... As in Japan and Israel!

How successful is it to mail out of country owners and how exactly do I send mail out of the country?
