Want to use bandit signs, first read the ordinance for the government body that has jurisdiction, city, county, etc. Often they have loopholes that can be used. Plus there are often legal ways to create what I call billboards.

I am still waiting for a case to test some of these laws based on the first amendment and free speech. But let's have some common sense about where you put some of this stuff. I believe in bandit signs because I know they work but even I'll pull some of this crap down and toss it in the right cases.

Some investors seem like they would be lucky to score 12 on a IQ test and one on a commonsense test and they only make it harder on those trying to use them in a good way. An enforcement officer is not going to just chase one bad egg when they get riled up, they will go after everybody.

Super excited! Finally have a bit of free time, so now I am starting up my Wholesaleing! Ordered business cards and a virtual phone number yesterday. Hopefully going to start combing through Craigslist today or tomorrow and also trying to get a hold of a list for my yellow letters! Can't wait to start doing business here in Jacksonville, Florida!
