Post: How can I serve you? (Bay Area, Antioch, CA)

Hi everyone,

My name is Jordan. I am a brand new Real Estate Agent in Antioch, California. Currently seeking to serve an investor in my area, in any way that I can.

My hope is to add some value to them, in exchange for teaching me the business of real estate investing. Would primarily be interested in someone who has experience flipping houses.

Currently working for a company called Servpro. We do water restoration, mold remediation, demolition, carpet cleans, etc. I'm not afraid to get my hands dirty! I would love to help out in any of these ways.

My ultimate goal right now is to transition from my full-time job to investing in real estate full time.

If anyone is interested, please let me know by responding below or sending me a direct message. Also, feel free to give me any feedback you might have.

So I'm finally taking the exam!! Tomorrow morning people!! Been studying John Henderson's material (salesperson exam prep book and audios that go along with it). For those of you who have also studied his material, were the 4 practice exams included in the study book enough for you? Really need some reassurance. Thank you in advance!

@Daniel K Adderly

Thank you! A score of 70% is passing in CA. I know I'm scoring more than that on the practice exams, but I'm not sure if I've covered enough practice questions.
