Wow, thank you for all the info! I plan on implementing your advice and learning as much as I can about SEO. I know it's the best way to get motivated leads and I want to take advantage of that.

Does investor carrot charge for their 3 leads a day training or is it included in their content pro package? If they charge, how much does it cost? 

You mentioned doing the 3 leads a day training and realizing that you needed to learn even better SEO. Can you point me in the right direction for learning this "better" SEO? What were some of your sources of learning? How can I do SEO at your level? I'm willing to do whatever it takes! I'll put in the work, I'll pay, I'll do whatever! 

Let me know what my next steps should be after the 3 leads a day training and if you would be willing to help me learn SEO at your level.

This is great info man! If I read that correctly though, did you say that the stuff you learned from investor carrots 3 leads a day training was indeed the advanced stuff? Or is it just beginner/intermediate? Trying to figure out if its worth it or a waste of time/useless?

Could you point me in the right direction to learn how to get ahead of Google and competitors? I want to learn SEO so I can do it on my own. Really need some direction though.

So far I plan on getting an investor carrot website and buying the 3 leads a day training. Please advise if I'm on the right track?

Was curious about the Total assessed value on the Indiana Property Record Card under Valuation Record. Is this number usually accurate if its recent?
