Has anyone tried the PinPoint Profits tool by Connected Investor? It is supposed to help investors source deals (pre-foreclosures, probate properties , etc.) all at “the click of a button.” Seems to be relatively new but it’s intriguing me. If anyone has any experience with this or any other similar properties I would be interested to hear you take.

@Kyle Collette that's a great way to keep your "why" in mind!  I will have to try doing that myself!

Have you ever used the Dream Board concept?

@Benjamin Vail love the idea!  @Robert Ellisis right there are more variables and risks to consider but with more risk comes reward.  It's been a while since we connected but this is an area I am deeply interested in so let's talk.

@Joe Villeneuve Ha ha "I don't remember."  It sounds like you got your "why" now (10 of them to be exact!) and that is what is important.

@Robb Almy I love that you are committed to the educational part of real estate investing.  @Marco Santarelli would appreciate that.  "Always be a perpetual learner!"
