PinPoint Profits Feedback

Has anyone tried the PinPoint Profits tool by Connected Investor? It is supposed to help investors source deals (pre-foreclosures, probate properties , etc.) all at “the click of a button.” Seems to be relatively new but it’s intriguing me. If anyone has any experience with this or any other similar properties I would be interested to hear you take.

@Jay Johnson @Gerald Alphin @Debbie Liu @Bianca Basch @Jim Froehlich - personally, I think it's too good to be true, but maybe y'all should get together and purchase a license, divide the cost, but also divide the risk and find out if worth. Let me know if interested - I have another one I would like to apply the "divide&conquer concept" - the "housingalerts.com" by Ken Wade - anyone of you heard of it?
