Hi Julio,

When I started, I had landing pages with no references or proof to show that I closed deals. But that shouldn't stop you from creating calls to action. I always make sure that I have a call to action no matter what kind of marketing I'm doing ( DMM, Saturated marketing,bandit signs,etc.). As long as you start the deal flow, capture the leads and get them on the phone with you, that's all that matters! I hope that helps. Cheers.

@remington

@Remington Lyman I am looking in areas such as Olde Town East, Franklinton, Linden, MLK district and Merion Village. I have owned property in all of these areas so I'm pretty familiar with them, however, I haven't had my eyes on the Columbus market in a couple years so I am open to suggestions.  Thanks.

The Columbus market is competitive, but solid to invest in. There are still many opportunities for flipping in certain areas if you move quick and there are great buy and hold opportunities in up and coming areas! Go for it!

If I could tell my younger self anything, it would be to stay consistent and take action daily no matter how small or large! BIG changes start with SMALL steps.

Hello all,

I am an investor in the Columbus,OH area. I have been working with another investor on a few rehab deals for the past year. All of the rehabs have been successful and we want to ramp things up this year. He has mentioned that he would like to use his capital %100 and hire me on as Business Developer and essentially pay me a salary with a percentage on each deal.

My questions are,

What should I limit my duties to? And what should my business proposal look like for a position like this?
