I thought there was a webinar today? how do I join?

Is it as easy as it sounds? Use FHA loan 3.5% down to buy first duplex. Live in one side then after a year. Repeat. Etc etc... What am I missing guys. Thanks.

Looking to buy a house cash from a auction in my county. But would I be able to sale it after or what? It can't just be as easy as buy for cash and that's it? Any advice would be much appreciated.
