Buying a duplex a year...house hacking question.
Is it as easy as it sounds?
Use FHA loan 3.5% down to buy first duplex. Live in one side then after a year.
Repeat. Etc etc...
What am I missing guys.
Thanks.

I think you may only be able to have one FHA loan at a time, you may need to refi. Solid plan otherwise!
