Hi, my name is Jeff from JB Real Estate Investments.

http://www.jbrealestateinvestments.com/

Are you looking to getting better than average returns on your investment dollars? Did you know you can use your money sitting dormant in your 401k?

W are looking for new investors interested me becoming an equity partner in one of our apartment building projects. We shoot for double digit returns for our investors who invest in one of our projects.

To give our investors peace of mind, we use professional property management companies to manage our projects, and we use SEC attorneys to keep everything legal.

Contact us a 510-863-1447 if you have questions about investing in apartment buildings.

Hello everyone!

As an aspiring multifamily investor, i would like to hear from others about what has worked for them as far as raising capital for deals...

Apart from hitting up family friends and co-workers...I was wondering if anyone out there has any out of the box ideas for finding investors and raising capital....Is there someone out there that has had some success with a method that is not maybe the standard approach? Are there some standard approached that work the best? your thoughts and insights would be very much appreciated...thanks in advance!    Jeff

Post: Seeking Multifamily Partner/Coach/Mentor...

Hello All.

As the title states…I am looking for a multifamily coach/mentor to partner with to take me to the next level!

I have had four coaches thus far in my career who have taught me so much! I am thankful to all of them and grateful for all the knowledge I have gained going through the process of having a coach and mentor.

Having said this, I would think anyone reading this should know I have cut my teeth already and have a strong foundation in multifamily with regards to finding deals and analysis..So you won’t need to waste your time with basic concepts….I should be a fairly quick study to any concepts we discuss.

I have just recently hit a wall and need someone on to help me get over it …I have spent thousands over the years on coaches and I am looking for something different. I need more of a partner…Someone to partner with on some transactions to help me close some of these deals I run into…

I am willing to partner in an equitable arraignment for both of us where my coach would be compensated for helping me close on some deals, as a partner yet not having to do all the work!…I have found that many coaching programs are great when they are courting you but things go south once they get your big upfront fee…I would like to partner with someone who would have a vested interest in helping close deals.

I’ll do all the leg work!! I am a doer and I will put in the work necessary….Help me close and profit on the backend with not too much work and stress on your part! I want to make it worth your while!! Let’s see what we can put together..My goal would be to put a sizable chunk of change in both our pockets!!

Any takers out there? J

I appreciate bigger pockets and the community out there……See my profile for my contact information as they are not allowed in this post...Feel free to call write or text.. thanks for taking your time to give this your consideration…Jeff
