Hey Fredrick, welcome to the area. I'm new to Colorado myself and relatively new to RE as well.

Looks amazing! Both the house and the numbers, congrats.

Might as well start out in this thread. I just moved to the Springs myself and have started looking around and getting familier with the area, as I have nothing but time right now.

I'm looking for potential flips or rentals, but I'd be very willing to either work with someone with the same goals, or even just tag along with anyone wanting an extra set of eyes. I have experience in construction and may be able to offer my observations.

That website isn't currently reflecting exactly what I am looking for at the moment, I am branching out a little and looking for new markets.

I'll also be moving to Colorado from Vancouver, BC next year. Since I don't yet know the area that well I am spending a bit of time on researching some of the surrounding cities. That being said I think that I may have found a possible deal and need some local help to confirm whether or not it is.

Hi I am starting to look at properties to rehab and flip in Aurora. I am wanting to connect with some professionals in the area starting with a real estate agent who knows investing. 

I am not local myself so I can't attend meet-ups.

We use Boracol to treat wood with rot or mold, also keeps insects and fungi away. Its a thick clear liquid that continues to penetrate into the wood long after treatment.
